Age Requirements?

Spa facilities and appointments are recommended for individuals 18 years and older. Any clients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and a signed waiver is required.

Do I need to tell anyone concerning my physical ailments, disabilities, allergies, or health concerns?

We wish to assure your absolute comfort and safety while visiting our spa. A brief confidential questionnaire is required upon your arrival. Should you feel uncomfortable or ill at anytime during the treatment, please advise your therapist immediately.

Cancellation policy?

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel all schedule appointments.

Are Gift Certificates refundable?

Gift Certificates are not refundable, however they are transferable. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or used for gratuities.

What type of payment do we accept?

We accepts Cash, Credit Card, FSA/HSA, Giftcards (Escape, Spafinder, Spawish & Spaweek)

Are gratuities included in my bill?

We are often asked about gratuities, gratuities are not included in your bill.

Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 15-20%.
