• All treatments are by appointment only. Please call, email or visit the SERVICES/BOOKING page to book. ALL Appointments are confirmed automatically by our online booking system 48 & 24 Hours before. your scheduled appointment date.  
   

•  A non-refundable/non-transferable 30% Deposit is required at the time of booking & remaining balance is expected at the time of your session. We accept cash or credit/debit, FSA/HSA, Giftcards (Escape, SpaFinder, Spawish & Spaweek). *Tips are not included in listed pricing*

 

• Please allow 24 hours notice for all cancellations, failure to do so will incur a fee equal to the price of your booked service.
   

• Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full scheduled session time.

 

• Late arrivals (up to 10 mins) will result in the rescheduling of your appointment. 

 

• Please be considerate of your service provider and arrive at your appointment clean and prepared for treatment.
